When you’re carrying chronic worry or anxiety, your body floods with cortisol from your adrenal glands sitting right on your kidneys. This destroys a vital molecule called hydrogen sulfide that keeps you young and energized.

No wonder you feel exhausted even after 8 hours of sleep. It’s like you can’t bounce back anymore.

This is HPA axis dysfunction and hydrogen sulfide depletion, the biochemical foundation of your vitality being systematically destroyed.

That underlying fear you’re not even aware of isn’t just ruining your sleep, it’s aging you from the inside out.

Restore with these three steps:

Deep Lower Abdominal Breathing (Kidney-Regenerating Breath)

Sit or lie comfortably, placing one hand below the navel and the other on the lower back. Inhale slowly through the nose, directing the breath downward to expand the lower abdomen and gently press outward against the back. Hold for three seconds, then exhale silently through the nose, drawing the abdomen inward. Repeat for 10–15 minutes daily, especially before sleep or upon waking. This rhythmic diaphragmatic breathing enhances mitochondrial efficiency, stimulates renal blood flow, and supports endogenous hydrogen sulfide production in renal tissue.

Seeds, particularly those which are black are great places to find the compounds required for restoration. (hint: Black Sesame Seeds)

Get a customized herbal formula and vitamin stack based on your tongue scan at https://www.klaros.ai?bg_ref=KPTrrGp3v3

Learn the status of your health and receive helpful suggestions about lifestyle and nutritional supplements with the new innovative health app Klaros. You just need to know how to get the most out of this new remarkable tool.

Step 1: Take Your Tongue Photos

The key is to be consistent when taking pictures and comparing results

Use natural lighting, standing by a window is great.

Keep your head level, don’t look down at the phone.

Even better: have someone take the photo for you!

For the top of your tongue:

Stick your tongue out and tilt the phone downward 15–30° so you’re capturing the surface with light hitting from above.

For the bottom of your tongue:

Place the tip behind your upper teeth, then tilt the phone 15° upward or shoot straight on to capture the sublingual veins.

Next, answer these important health questions:

Swelling/Water Retention?

This checks for fluid buildup (edema).

Better or Worse with Pressure?

If pressure makes it worse, it might be an excess condition. If you feel worse from exertion, it could be deficiency.

How is your sleep?

This helps assess if your nervous system is overactive.

Fill in these sections:

Chief Complaint & Medications

Share your main concern + any medications you’re taking for it.

General Health Overview (just quick notes):

Cardiovascular: heart, Blood Pressure

Respiratory: breathing, allergies

Digestion: bloating, nausea, bowel movements (constipation or diarrhea)

Urination: frequency, pain

Reproductive: menstruation (if applicable)

Final Steps:

Enter your email.

Agree to terms & submit.

You’ll get some recommendations—feel free to buy anything that interests you, but the real goal is for me to review your diagnostic info and guide you from there.

Let me know if you have any questioners

Fall is a favorite season for many people. The weather starts getting a little cooler, things are beginning to slow down and preparations for the holidays are in full swing. For many others, fall is not so festive. Many people get sick during the fall months, allergies can flare up for some, and many don’t like the steady decrease in hours of sunlight, sometimes leading to seasonal depression. Here are some tips on how to get through the season without incident.

1. Wear a scarf.

The large intestine channel runs up the arms, across the shoulders, up the neck, over the face and ends next to the nose. As some of you may know, the health of our gastrointestinal tract plays a huge part in your immunity, so keeping the large intestine channel warm and preventing exposure from the elements will help keep you healthy. Cold pathogens can enter the body through your pores and nose, so covering your neck and shoulders with a scarf can help ward them off. Scarves don’t have to be thick or heavy, but they should cover your neck.

2. Eat according to the season

Eating foods readily available during the autumn months and foods that boost the energy of the lung and large intestine meridians is a great way to keep the organs associated with fall – the lung and large intestine – in balance. In the fall, you should eat fewer cold and raw foods like salads and instead eat more warm and cooked foods. Foods to enjoy during the fall months include apples, squash, broccoli, sweet potatoes, pears, yams, cabbage, carrots, cranberries, ginger, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and wild rice. Hot herbal teas are another good addition to your daily diet, especially those containing ginger and lemon, which act as natural antibiotics.

3. Stay hydrated

The large intestine and the lungs need to stay moist to function properly, so drinking lots of water is important during the fall. Without proper hydration, the skin, which is controlled by the lung meridian, can become dry and cracked, allowing pathogens to easily enter the body. The large intestine meridian also needs proper hydration in order to expel any pathogens that do get into the system.

4. Let it go (literally and metaphorically)

Fall is the season of letting go. Just as the trees let go of brightly colored leaves, you too should let go of whatever is bogging you down. This can include physical items like clothing, as well as items that are clogging up your mental closet, like unresolved emotions. Letting go of attachments can make way for growth and regeneration to occur in the spring.

5. Get a Chinese Herbal Consultation!

As the fall months approach, it is a good idea get a diagnosis and find out the status of your internal organs. There are many Chinese herbs that help boost immunity, fight off colds, help with releasing emotions and improve digestion. Why not utilize the natural power we have to offer? By doing so, you might just survive the fall without ever getting sick and be better prepared for the upcoming months and seasons that follow. To schedule your appointment click here.

The 7 Pillars of Health

Pure light, which includes electro-magnetic fields, and affects the pineal gland and Vitamin D production

Clean air

Clean water

Adequate exercise

Enough rest

Proper nutrition

avoiding toxic drugs

Peace of mind

Light and the Pineal Gland

Light affects the pineal gland and sets the pituitary to work regulating the thyroid, thymus, adrenals, pancreas, testes and ovaries. Get your daily dose of sunlight. Use full spectrum light bulbs at home.

EMF’s are a form of Light too

sleeping next to an electric field disturbs sleep and endocrine balance, lowers progesterone and raises glucose and cortisol levels

http://scialert.net/fulltext/?doi=ajava.2011.1084.1088&org=10

Solutions to EMF’s https://bodyalign.com?afmc=y4

X-Rays too –& they’re Mutagenic!

Senator Barbara Mikulski and Congressman Pat Schroder passed the Mammogram Quality Safety Assurance Act of 1993 because women had been getting zapped with 10 units of radiation per exam. Now it’s only 0.163 units. Much safer.

Sadly, other exams with ionizing radiation are not so regulated, and a CT scan delivers the radiation of 60 X-rays! That can create serious damage to the DNA.

Dr. John Gofman, who discovered cholesterol, posits that ionizing radiation is the #1 cause for cancer and heart disease.

Native Americans have the lowest levels of death from cancer and heart disease. Why? Because they get the least medical care and thus the fewest X-ray exams. Their death rates from all the other major diseases – those treatable by doctors – are otherwise among the highest.

As the seasons change, so does the type of energy that influences the earth. Chinese medicine explains the cycle of the different aspects of the universal energy, or qi, in terms of 5 elements. These 5 elements are Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood. Each element is associated with a season and a personality-type that embodies the energy of that element.

The Elements and their associated season and archetype are:

Fire: Summer / The Wizard

Earth: Late Summer or the Transitional Time Between Seasons/ The Peacemaker

Metal: Fall / The Alchemist

Water: Winter / The Philosopher

Wood: Spring / The Pioneer

As we approach summer, the season of the fire element, notice how the energy on earth gets brighter, more expressive. It naturally gets hotter, thanks to the proximity of the great fire in the sky, and it draws people outside and together. There is a sense of vibrancy that is awakened in us during this time.

The Wizard is the embodiment of this energy: colorful, enchanting, expressive, full of enthusiasm and an appetite for life. She is a magnetic speaker. He is an enchanting leader who leads from the heart. They are teachers, visionaries, and they possess magic.

Are you a wizard? Here are some questions to help answer…

Do you believe in Magic?

Do you consider yourself intuitive?

Are you a natural leader?

Do you love to engage an audience (or a few friends)?

Do you wear your heart on your sleeve?

Do you crave intimacy and passion?

Are you energetic/playful?

Do others sometimes have difficulty keeping up with you?

If you answered yes to any of these, you have at least a little wizard in you. We all have some features of each elemental energy, some more than others. If you answered yes to all of these, you’re a bright fiery wizard!

As it is the central philosophical foundation of Chinese Medicine, the importance of balance can never be understated. A fire can provide comfort and warmth or it can be disastrous and destructive. Signs of a fire burning too strong are excess perspiration, inability to rest, excessive talking, fast heartbeat, high blood pressure, red face, rashes, cramps, issues with blood circulation and even the actual enlargement of the heart organ itself from overexertion. If this excess fire is not kept in check, it will inevitably lead to burn-out and a complete reversal of what we know to be associated with fire. Signs of a burnt-out wizard are someone that is nervous and withdrawn, or easily startled.

The unregulated desire to share oneself can lead to a loss of boundaries, which can lead to a loss of self. The beautiful fire of creativity and expression can thus turn into ashes of desolation and voicelessness. We can think of someone like Robin Williams as an example of a wizard who experienced both extremes of the fire-type personality. He shared his powerful magic with the world but also suffered from depression and isolation.

Some general but important reminders to help keep your fire in balance:

Celebrate your inner wizard! Allow yourself time for the pursuit of pleasure.

Stay hydrated, avoid overindulging in spicy foods and stimulants.

Avoid over-excitement and over-exertion, Make time for rest and solitude.

Maintain appropriate physical, emotional and spiritual boundaries.

Cultivate a peaceful spirit, tranquil mind, and harmonious heart. (Meditation is a great cultivation tool.)

Throw in a little self-love and gratitude ….. and you’ll really be stirring your magic!
